  1. ORDERS & MODIFICATIONS

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

Because every BLEZK piece is cut, sewn, and printed on-demand specifically for you, we operate with a strict 2-hour cancellation window. If you need to change your size, update your address, or cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of checkout. Once production begins, the order is locked and cannot be modified.

Q. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your details at checkout. As outlined in our Terms of Service, customers are entirely responsible for providing a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or returned due to an invalid address provided at checkout.

  1. SHIPPING & TRACKING

Q. How long does Complimentary Worldwide Atelier Delivery take?

We do not hold dead stock. Your order goes through two phases:

Production: It takes 2–5 days for our global manufacturing network to craft your item.

Shipping: Once crafted, transit times vary depending on your global zone. Review our full Shipping Policy for detailed estimates by region.

Q. Where is my order?

Once your gear leaves our manufacturing node, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Q. Will my order arrive in one package?

To get your gear to you as efficiently as possible, items in your order may ship separately directly from different nodes within our global manufacturing network. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment at no additional cost to you.

Q. Do you cover customs duties and import taxes?

No. Depending on your region, international shipments may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  1. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Q. Can I return my item for a refund or exchange if it doesn't fit?

We operate on a permanent shift away from mass production. Every BLEZK garment is created zero-waste and specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please review the exact measurements on our product sizing charts carefully before checking out. Q. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?

We stand by our craftsmanship. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or is different from what you ordered, contact our support team immediately. Please include high-resolution photos of the issue. Once verified, we will make it right with either a free replacement ("The Fresh Drop") or a full refund ("The Clean Refund").

Q. What if my package is lost in transit?

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period and the package is deemed lost by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

  1. SIZING & PRODUCT CARE

Q. How do BLEZK garments fit?

Our pieces are designed with a curated, modern streetwear silhouette. Many of our items feature a deliberately oversized or boxy fit to align with raw street culture aesthetics. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed, draped look, or sizing down for a standard, tailored fit. Always refer to the specific fit notes and sizing chart on the product page.

Q. How do I care for my BLEZK apparel?

To preserve custom graphics, vintage washes, and raw details, wash all apparel inside-out on a cold, delicate cycle. Hang dry in the shade. Do not iron directly on prints or custom distressing.

Q. Will sold-out items be restocked?

Our Signature Collections and sunfade styles are produced in highly limited runs. Once a drop is gone, it rarely returns. Subscribe to our newsletter at the bottom of the page to secure early access and build your identity before the next drop sells out.
