Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Welcome to BLEZK. We do not deal in mass-produced fast fashion. Every single garment—from our heavy-contrast boxy hoodies to our custom-embroidered snapbacks—is cut, sewn, and printed on-demand specifically for you.

Because we build your pieces to order across our specialized global manufacturing network, our shipping process is broken down into two distinct phases: The Studio (Production) and The Transit (Shipping).

  1. The Studio (Production Timelines)

    Before an item ever drops at your doorstep, it goes through a rigorous custom crafting, curing, and quality-checking pipeline.

    • Streetwear Basics & Accessories: 2–5 business days.

    • Premium Cut-and-Sew / Heavyweight Hoodies & Jackets: 3–7 business days.

    Drop Note: During highly anticipated seasonal drops or holidays, studio production times may extend slightly. True craftsmanship takes time.

  2. The Transit (Estimated Shipping Times)

    Once your gear successfully clears quality control, it is immediately packaged and handed off to premium air freight lines and regional delivery couriers.

• Total Delivery Expectation: For US domestic orders, please expect your package to arrive roughly 7 to 12 business days after you lock in your order at checkout (Production + Transit combined).

• Note: Business days do not include weekends or local public holidays.

  1. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

    To ensure we use the absolute best fabrics, weights, and embroidery techniques, we utilize highly specialized manufacturing hubs. If you order a mix of gear (for example, a heavy-weight embroidered hoodie alongside a custom accessory), they may be fulfilled at entirely different facilities.

    • Do not panic if your items arrive separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for every single package in your order at no extra cost to you.

  2. Duties, Global Customs & VAT

    • United States Orders: Zero surprises. All customs duties and import fees for US domestic orders are fully cleared on our end.

    • International Orders: For the rest of the world, our delivery networks handle duties in 95% of cases. However, if your local customs office hits you with a regional import tax or VAT, this fee is dictated entirely by your local government regulations and is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  3. Wrong Address / Return to Hub Liability

    Double-check your coordinates at checkout. Our automated production pipeline begins processing custom items instantly to maintain fast turnaround times.

    • Modifications: Address changes or cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.

    • Delivery Failures: If a courier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer, or if a package goes unclaimed at your local postal locker, it will bounce back to our fulfillment hub. The customer will be responsible for the reshipment courier fees required to send it back out.

  4. Defects, Misprints, & Lost Cargo

    We stand firmly behind the design and quality of our drops. If the courier or the printing facility messes up, we fix it immediately.

    • Damaged or Misprinted Gear: If your item arrives flawed, send clear photos of the defect along with your order number to our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will rush a fresh replacement out to you at zero cost.

    • Lost in Transit: If your tracking link goes completely dead or passes the estimated delivery window without an update, hit us up within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can launch an official investigation with the carrier and secure your replacement.
